Pros

Since joining this company, I have had the pleasure of working alongside a diverse group of talented UX Designers. This team has been existential towards my career growth as well as the company's. Here, your contributions are recognized and seen in the end product, whereas in many major corporations that can be very difficult to see come to fruition. - Flexible work schedule - 20 days PTO - Remote options (within the Charleston area) - Good pay - Learning & Growth Opportunities - Work with innovative E-commerce companies - Fun & Fast-paced work environment - Dog friendly office space - Company volunteer events and get togethers

Cons

- Pay could be a little better (given the unanticipated inflation) - Healthcare benefits could be better, but are relatively good for small companies

Pros

Anatta is a fantastic place to work, especially for those who value a supportive and well-communicated work environment. The people here are genuinely kind, professional, and excellent communicators, which makes collaboration smooth and enjoyable. The client work is both challenging and rewarding, providing meaningful opportunities to solve complex ecommerce problems. Work-life balance is respected and appreciated, making it easier to maintain personal well-being alongside professional growth. The company also offers great benefits, and the ability to work remotely is a huge plus. Managers meet with us weekly, ensuring consistent guidance and support, while the company as a whole proactively communicates with employees on a monthly basis, keeping everyone informed and engaged.

Cons

While there is a strong desire for continuous improvement, enacting change can sometimes be challenging due to a natural tendency to stick with established processes. This isn’t unique to Anatta—it’s a common reality in many organizations—but it can occasionally slow down innovation. Additionally, I’ve noticed that project managers primarily focus on managing projects rather than actively planning them. This can sometimes leave gaps in upfront strategy and execution planning, which could be an opportunity for growth in how projects are structured.
