Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

They fire employees whenever they feel like it. There is no job stability and no work-life balance.

Thank you for your feedback; we appreciate your point of view. I'd like to speak about your messages on job security and work-life balance. We have high expectations of each other and we work hard to provide frequent and consistent feedback. Not every new hire we bring on board flourishes at Anatta. We do, however, gracefully transition those employees and support them in the next stage of their career. Work-life balance has consistently been a top five "like" in our company. There will always be individuals that may feel differently but we keep a close eye on our team's workload and provide ample amounts of flexibility. We will continue to make this a priority as we grow. Thanks again, please reach out to hr@anattadesign.com if you have additional feedback on how we can improve.

Pros

Anatta is a fantastic place to work, especially for those who value a supportive and well-communicated work environment. The people here are genuinely kind, professional, and excellent communicators, which makes collaboration smooth and enjoyable. The client work is both challenging and rewarding, providing meaningful opportunities to solve complex ecommerce problems. Work-life balance is respected and appreciated, making it easier to maintain personal well-being alongside professional growth. The company also offers great benefits, and the ability to work remotely is a huge plus. Managers meet with us weekly, ensuring consistent guidance and support, while the company as a whole proactively communicates with employees on a monthly basis, keeping everyone informed and engaged.

Cons

While there is a strong desire for continuous improvement, enacting change can sometimes be challenging due to a natural tendency to stick with established processes. This isn’t unique to Anatta—it’s a common reality in many organizations—but it can occasionally slow down innovation. Additionally, I’ve noticed that project managers primarily focus on managing projects rather than actively planning them. This can sometimes leave gaps in upfront strategy and execution planning, which could be an opportunity for growth in how projects are structured.
