Pros

Anatta is a fantastic place to work, especially for those who value a supportive and well-communicated work environment. The people here are genuinely kind, professional, and excellent communicators, which makes collaboration smooth and enjoyable. The client work is both challenging and rewarding, providing meaningful opportunities to solve complex ecommerce problems. Work-life balance is respected and appreciated, making it easier to maintain personal well-being alongside professional growth. The company also offers great benefits, and the ability to work remotely is a huge plus. Managers meet with us weekly, ensuring consistent guidance and support, while the company as a whole proactively communicates with employees on a monthly basis, keeping everyone informed and engaged.

Cons

While there is a strong desire for continuous improvement, enacting change can sometimes be challenging due to a natural tendency to stick with established processes. This isn’t unique to Anatta—it’s a common reality in many organizations—but it can occasionally slow down innovation. Additionally, I’ve noticed that project managers primarily focus on managing projects rather than actively planning them. This can sometimes leave gaps in upfront strategy and execution planning, which could be an opportunity for growth in how projects are structured.

Pros

Anatta is dedicated to growing employees to improve their technical and soft skills, benefiting both the individuals and clients, which means that managers are continually looking for ways the team can boost their performance and better meet client expectations. In addition, while employees are expected to deliver projects on time they are also not expected to work excessive hours in order to do so. Managers help to support work life balance through oversight of task and milestone breakdown so that timelines are as realistic and achievable as possible. The team is highly collaborative across disciplines, teams, and time zones. People are supportive of one another, creating an inclusive and nonjudgmental environment that fosters knowledge sharing.

Cons

Some days can be meeting heavy due to the need to meet with teams across time zones as well as clients. However, this is the case with most agencies as well as companies that have employees world wide. Benefits could be more robust and include additional PTO as well as an option for bonus or profit sharing, depending on level. Similar to above, this is not unique to Anatta and is not unexpected of smaller companies.
