For me it’s been a great place to work, fun and dynamic. Great commission structure and bonus potential. I work with great colleagues who support me.

Cons

I never used to think there were any, until another site closed and the team were made redundant. The whole process from the initial announcement, consultations and final closure of the site was handled very poorly. A now former colleague told me that it was the ‘bare legal minimum’ the company was required to give. There was little communication after the announcement, no follow ups were had to check in with people. The team were expected to do the same job when most of their resources were gradually taken away from them. Showroom cars were taken away, as were site demonstrators. I felt for my colleagues in this situation and I hope they are all able to move on to other opportunities.
