8 hour shifts decent staff meal

management doesn't care and only hires their friends/friends kids

Everyone was so kind and understanding. It was a great environment and the most beautiful location to work at. Set up team is the best!!

The 6am start is rough, but necessary. You never know how long your work day will be. If there are issues with some vendors then I once had an 8 hr day (it's usually 3-4hrs) and no food or breaks. Apparently the kitchen staff used to feed the setup team, but doesn't anymore.
