- Great Agents: The agents are helpful and whether you are a new or seasoned agent you can ask anyone for support
- Always Progressing: Systems change over time and best strategies change. The company has changed a lot in the last year in terms of what it uses and how it operates in order to best serve the agents.
- One on One Support: In the corporate office there is a manager for every 12 desks. You can always find someone to meet with one on one to help progress your business.
- Personal Relationship with Company President: Company President is very reachable. I started at the company as an agent about 8 years ago and have started a team and now oversee sales in large part because of it.
- Nice Office Space: The views are great and when you have a lot of light on a high floor it is just nice to come into work everyday especially when you enjoy the people.
Cons
- Brand Name Recognition in Sales: We are a niche company and those that know us sing our praises. The broad exposure is constantly something the firm is working on and growing.
- Home Grown Management: All management including myself have been at the firm for a long time. There is lots of outside training we all partake in but sometimes outside perspective can be helpful.
