      Free meal during busy season to make sure you get enough calories for overtime hours.

      Cons

      Poor and completely out of touch management at Houston office. Nasty office politics during post busy season review and promotion process. Some staffers get easy promotion/better project as long as they stay close to ONE particular MD. Weak office MD.

      Very cliquey. Very dependent upon each manager and partner. Some partners were great, but others were rude/condescending/only cared about profits and chargeability. Company is growing very fast and rewards those who will work their life away
