      Great people, great management if you work for the right people. Fosters people who are proactive about their careers, not whiners. Work life balance outside of busy season is clearly valued and important to management. Great growth opportunities with long term payoff

      Yes, busy season is busy, but its only a few months a year. Some managers need personnel management training

      Free lunch during busy season

      Cons

      Very cliquey. Very dependent upon each manager and partner. Some partners were great, but others were rude/condescending/only cared about profits and chargeability. Company is growing very fast and rewards those who will work their life away
