      1. Extremely unfair, toxic office environment from entry level to top MD. Mean, disrespectful, unorganized, inefficient, incompetent, ineffective employees play the role of blaming others for their faults, mistakes, personal and professional frustrations, failures and deficiencies all day long. - DO NOT WORK THERE

      Very cliquey. Very dependent upon each manager and partner. Some partners were great, but others were rude/condescending/only cared about profits and chargeability. Company is growing very fast and rewards those who will work their life away
