Pros
Great internship , well-prepared students, and supportive experienced professionals. Participating in Agile ceremonies and varied tasks helped develop soft skills, and I was able to quickly learn and apply new technologies. The internship is challenging and requires significant effort and time, sometimes including overtime, but it is very rewarding.
Cons
Final exams in intership depend on the interviewer rather than actual work results, which could result in a talented intern not moving forward. Extremely high workload — 9 hours of project work plus at least 2 hours of studying daily. The focus is more on memorizing theory than understanding or problem-solving. Live coding sessions test speed, not logical thinking or code quality. The environment can feel tense and stressful.
