Pros
Working here is more or less comfortable, especially in comparison with other outsourcing companies I worked at.
Cons
Haven’t experienced any problems with the management, but sometimes the pressure and workload are so high that you can easily burn out within a short time, so the company is only a good choice if you are career-oriented and really determined to scale your income, no chilling.
