Terminating an employment contract is challenging for our company, and we are committed to minimizing any negative impact on our employees whenever possible. Unfortunately, there may be situations where we cannot offer an employee a project that aligns with their skills and experience, and as a result, we may have to terminate their employment if we cannot provide them with an alternative job.
However, we are dedicated to making this process as stress-free as possible and to avoid any negative consequences for our employees. As part of our policy, we inform employees of their termination at least one month before the effective date. This generous notice period gives them ample time to search for new employment opportunities, receive comprehensive career advice, enhance their CVs, and attend interviews with potential employers.
Our dedicated team of career counsellors can assist employees with these tasks. Our goal is to minimize any negative impact on our employees and to part on good terms so they may consider working with us again should the opportunity arise.
