Pros

Work is not hard at all, you have plenty of support to get your job done. These people stay here for a long time and respect each other, senior leadership is easy to get ahold of, nearby restaurants are great.

Cons

Moderately low base salary for entry level and its below the median income in Texas Its not hybrid when this job can be done from home. You are required in office with only 26 WFH days in a year. Maternity and Paternity leave is terrible

Pros

I loved the flexibility of the job As long as you do your job, when you have your review you will get a raise. My manager was very supportive

Cons

The traveling between multiple stores

Pros

Absolutely nonexistent. The district managers saw my last review and cut my hours from full time to 15 hours or less per week.

Cons

District Manager manipulates the instore activity reports to make her team look fabulous. This means the work did not get completed correctly and the next employee to service the store will be buried in extra work because DM is a cheater.
