      Management is tight nit, they promote based on popularity over everything else. No benefits, schedule will often change unreasonably.

      Pros

      If you work for SRP and your ex military or law enforcement they treat you good.

      Cons

      Need to have more contracts, other than SRP contract, so security officers can have more hours I was full-time now I'm part-time because you can't find hours for me and I'm a good hard worker and I give my best always and I've been very loyal.
