Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience at Andgo. Glad to hear that you found value in our benefits package, extra vacation time, and the collaborative atmosphere among our teams.
It's important to us that every team member feels supported in their professional development. We provide our team with access to professional development funds and focus on promoting from within whenever possible. We recognize the importance of growth opportunities and believe these are an important part of our company culture. I do acknwoledge as a growing company that some of our career tracks are further developed than others. This is something we are making progress on, and continously improving across our company, but yeah, not 100% of the way there yet.
In regards to the product development process, our goal is to balance the needs of our customers while maintaining a high quality product. Although we sometimes prioritize features for high-growth potential customers, we are actively working on our product roadmap to include quality of life improvements that benefits all users.
Building a technology startup is challenging, but we're proud of what we have achieved so far. We are constantly growing and evolving, and we appreciate any feedback that helps us improve and better serve our team and customers.
