      Pros

      i found that working with my peers and senior analysts there was rewarding and that a lot of smart people worked there. it was good to be at a big brand name

      Cons

      no appreciation from the top. there wasn't much credit for getting things right or how hard i worked and a lot of blame for when things go wrong.

      one of the best things about working at Andor was the fact you're working with some of the smartest people in the technology investment industry. highly competitive, and years of experience, you could learn a lot

      it could be a very demanding environment. during the periods where performance lags, it became something of a grind, though i image that's true at many places
