good people but not high caliber

long hours and the pay isn't great

Discount on rent, interacting with tenants, lots of downtime, some employees are great

Management is very out of touch- lots of pressure to make money and not lose any, management does not solve problems if they will cost money, some employees discriminate and talk badly about tenants (especially of Asian descent)
