- Flat culture; able to communicate with management level people without much barrier - Education; lots of opportunity to explore various fields of finance and learn from supervisor(s) in educational series throughout internship - Location; Grand Central is right next to the building

- Deal(s); if season is bad, not much opportunity to be part of deals but it's same for other boutique IBs

Can't really think cons everyone wants to get the heck outta there.
