Pros

The best reason is if you can't get a job anywhere else.

Cons

No training, just thrown in and expected to know what to do, and can;t get any help supervisor never in her office, never return calls, or emails, or texts and don't try to go to her boss because she will just be told everything you said and you cant even really meet with her boss and nothing happens except you get in trouble. Management acts on rumor, not on what actually happens,. you have to go into places that are dangerous with clients who have long records with the law with no way to protect yourself.

Pros

Flexible with days off and good retirement.

Cons

Constantly changing around your clients and where you drive. Use of your own vehicle for job with mileage reimbursed. Having to continue to sit with clients that are completely unresponsive and it takes months for those to be dropped. Supervisors tell you one thing and then change again in the near future. Overload of clients that you have to work with.
