Pros
Overall management isn't over bearing unless they don't like you, then they will make your tenure here miserable. Get your experience then find somewhere else that will pay you more.
Cons
When you first start it's like you signed on to work for the best company ever, don't be fooled. If you want to never see a raise in years after working here then work here. The CEO does not believe in yearly raises. Upper management spends thousands of dollars in useless training but they believe it's the best thing ever. The 401k plan has not been changed in years, you get a flat $500 for the first 6 years - again if you never want to retire then work here. Most positions are under paid but management says "it's the market rate" In order to be recognized you need to suck up to your bosses boss and do absolutely nothing. The hard workers most often are not recognized. There is little diversity in the office and some departments are entitled to think they are superior to others.
