      Great owners. Good profit split.

      Cons

      Investment into technology needed to compete was not made. The business transitioned and the edge that made Andrie great evaporated.

      Nice people, free to work on a bunch of different things.

      There weren't any downsides, but I do wish that I could've worked on more substantial projects.

      Pros

      Very loyal to its employees, historically have trained new employees pretty well.

      Cons

      Stuck in old ways, aren't most sophisticated. Haven't really evolved to execute programmatic trading successfully. Most of their success has come from open outcry.
