Pros
-Work Culture including quality of work, supporting colleagues(team member, SO & mgrs;globally & locally) -Communication window is always open, its just on us when and how to use it like WFH for better quality of WLB. -Management(incl Global+Regional) are helpful and supportive whenever reached them. Gives time to hear out & guide.
Cons
its frustrating when few colleagues dont even bother to ask questions or discuss things to reaponsible ones and then grouch about situation. -Resources have time to gossip but no time for constructive conversation to find a solution to support the team & management. -I think because of Open window to communication; expression & clarity has led resources to fly high that they forget the reality and start expecting that management/Andritz is their innate. -Unquestionable Favoritism has been so ingrained in the past practices that few reaources are now struggling hard to align with the ANDRITz GDC vision, which has led to the apread of negative sentimenta on the floor, rather than fostering mature converstaion.
