      Pros

      No micromanaging as long as you are working like you should be. Decent benefits. Done at 2pm.

      Cons

      Messy needs some work but I have seen way worse conditions. With the best insurance plan the deductible is still somewhere around 1200.

      Sometimes overwhelming work loads. Can be high stress at times. Often time weekend work is needed.
