The work life balance is the biggest perk here. The people here that works here is also great! Management really looks out for you and the company is always hosting something, even PGA tickets are available at times

The pay isn't competitive. The tech stack is a little outdated but its not really the company fault, its just the nature of the government work and how slow it can be to get those things implemented.
