      Pros

      - The technology, particularly the hardware is super cool - Almost certainly going to make money on IPO - Huge growth

      Cons

      - Working with the government is painful beyond measure - You don't. have a ton of influence over what features the government asks for and they are often wrong - There are problems at the middle management level, especially with the incredibly rapid bloat in the number of people who have the word "manager" in their title but don't manage anyone or anything.

      Great pay for the most part, and the engineers are awesome.

      Cons

      When something is too good to be true, it’s too good to be true for a reason. I would not accept this job on contract unless you are unemployed, don’t consider it if you are employed. The company is growing and having leadership level changes in the TA realm and boy you can tell. Your job is NOT safe on contract and is not a guarantee to go even 6 months. Everyone is extremely lax and chill on the interviews and the pay is great isn’t it?? Well that’s alll a facade, no matter if you’re doing well or not.
