Pros
It's the best place I've ever worked. People are overwhelmingly positive. The work is interesting. It seems like there's always something new happening. You largely get to define your role as managers are very hands off. The food is great and free.
Cons
It's a lot and pressure is high, so there can be conflict due to that. We're moving fast and processes are not well defined. We've hired so quickly that knowing who to talk to and what has been done is difficult.
