I find it very disturbing that having a masters in social work that you are managed by managers who lack ability to be in a management position themselves ? Morale is low and very little support from managers who are out of touch with clients and frontline working. I have had enough and am resigning . Camden waste money on consultants and project managers rather than relying on staff input
