Pros

Co-workers are great and act more like family and friends than just colleagues. Ample parking, new chairs and onsite weekly fast food.

Cons

Upper management is hired from outside the company on a routine basis which allows little to no chance for advancement. Certain members of senior leadership are always out of the building or are no where to be found. Other members have no clue how to manage the departments they are in charge of. Communication is horrible to say the least. To point out any problems or concerns is seen as being negative by management, SLT and ELT and you are then flagged as a problem. Employees are scared to voice their opinion as they don't want the recourse of being labeled as being negative. Programs that should be used to do your job are inadequate and consistantly not working properly.

Cons

Had a review up detailing everything about this company, but they took it down even though my post didn't break any rules. Likely because I included the following fact: c-suite executives get annual bonuses greater than most employees' annual salaries. I've been in my industry for over 10 years, working most jobs for several years. This place is legitimately one of the most shockingly poorly ran I've ever seen, which is why I'm posting to this site in the first place. Also they don't use any automation or even pivot tables in Excel. You are actively prohibited from doing so. They pretend to want process improvment, but will punish you and your peers for suggesting anything. Anyways, I hope the admins here understand that they can keep taking my posts down, I will keep putting them back up.
