Work from home, can be flexible if you need time off, only work Monday-Friday from 9-5:30pm, many opportunities for growth within the company, very friendly and encouraging work environment, leadership is always willing to help with any questions or concerns, standard benefits and PTO
Cons
Pay is less than many other pharmacy technician jobs, recently changed their holiday policy at the last minute to include 3 holidays we previously had off, no one seems to be on the same page when it comes to certain protocol/policies (could ask 3 separate people how to do something and you’ll get completely different responses), seem to add on responsibilities to your role that were not the expectation when hired
