If you want to feel disrespected and unappreciated, then this is the company to work for. Myself and other workers were told to keep at fours weeks clear for full-time work, only to have shifts cancelled the day before. You will not be given a reason. Although it's a zero hours contract, some decency is expected so that shifts that are allocated weeks in advance are remained allocated. Zero hour contracts put you in a place of vulnerability and Angard Staffing take advantage of that, with no respect for you, your life and your time in general. There is zero reliability in shifts and the general communication is the worst I have experienced across multiple companies and industries.
