Pros
A lot of excellent benefits - see the website for a comprehensive list. It is full of hard-working, friendly, professional, talented, caring people who take pride in what they do. There are no jerks. All the team leaders are excellent... lead by example, friendly, good communicators etc. There are also no "managers"... all the team leaders also do the role, and are really good at what they do. I find Angel an encouraging place to be. It's an environment that pushes you to express the best you have to offer, which I really like. Angel is open to sideways progression across teams, and I've seen the company facilitate this for a handful of people over the years.
Cons
- The office furniture/equipment is due a refresh at the moment. - It's likely Angel's salary will not compete with companies that don't offer the same benefits.
