Pros
Several of my coworkers are now close friends of mine and I stay in contact with many of my residents.
Cons
There is a lot of picking favorites and drama that occurs in the housing department. The staff in charge claims that your education should be first, but will schedule mandatory events and office hours right up to class time, meaning you are late to class often.
