1) Leadership cannot be trusted. After 3 months, there was a major layoff that leadership handled extremely poorly: (1) they announced it to the company before telling everyone who was being let go, (2) they said they were letting people go who lacked certain skills, but actually let some people go who were excellent employees who had those skills.
2) The code base is incredibly complex, can be very difficult to work with, and takes some time to gain familiarity.
3) At times, you are at the mercy of other teams to test your code.
