-Angi is saving a lot of money by going remote, but this money saved is not used for anything to make the employee's day to day better. How about a lunch voucher? WFH voucher to get a second screen?
-False sense of urgency with this job. They require 3 hours of TT and 150 dials as a minimum and act like it's the end of the world if you don't hit those metrics. It's not.
