This company has a deeply toxic work culture. Turnover is alarmingly high, leadership is inconsistent, and there is a lack of professional, respectful decorum from senior personnel. Strategic direction is often unclear, with different leaders mandating different priorities. This results in confusion, wasted effort, and frequent pivots. Many of those who report to the founders also lack the leadership maturity needed to foster a productive environment. Internal communication is abrasive and dismissive. Morale is extremely low.
