- $500.00 WFH reinbursement - $250.00 pa well-being allowance - Pay was okay for role with option of overtime
Cons
- 3 day office mandate per week. Some team members got away with not coming in at all, and others got scrutinised for not coming in. - Why are we mandated to come in office when some of us are on phones the whole shift? We don't collaborate at all and when we do, we still do it via Teams. - Office is outdated. - Why do we have team meetings online when we are all right next to each other? - No real training, heavily relied on previous experience. - Role advertised was way different to what I was doing on a daily basis. - TL was good but strong office politics. - No growth
