Pros
Majority of staff are good, hard working people trying to achieve the best for clients and residents.
Cons
There is no leadership or accountability by the CEO and executive team. They foster a really poor culture and whilst showing externally that they are ticking all the boxes regarding staff wellbeing and psychosicial impact they practice none of these, and when complaints are made about poor behaviour instead of investigating and taking action, they prefer to either ignore the complaint or worse, make the person making the complaint feel unseen and unheard. And that’s if they even decide to look into it in the way they profess to on paper. Really sad to see an organisation that professes to work for people and community being overseen by a management that runs to their own personal agendas and that has no professional ethics or professionalism.
