      Pros

      Very collaborative environment, good existing network of clients whilst also having autonomy to work with new businesses. Great structure in terms of progression, training and management. Good sector expertise, insurance, IM and legal. Founder is always on hand and has great ambitions for the business.

      Cons

      None necessarily, low level of experience across business generally board, but means great opportunity to increase your mentoring/management experience.

      nothing at all, all good talent I worked with has left the business

      Cons

      so much, poor management and structure. Managers have no clue how to do recruitment and if you do commission is at their discretion so don't hope to see it. Wage is below London living wage and they expect you in the office 5 days a week- don't believe the hype you will be taking home £££. An overall toxic and shoddy work environment
