- No hands on training, all online modules, thrown in day one being expected to know how to use POS systems
- No support from higher management, very much have their favourites, push everyone else out of their jobs
- Team culture environment is very toxic, no one taking accountability for anything, lots of gossip
- Sales targets are ridiculous, not making budget because you've had no customers is not an acceptable reason
- No in-store development
- Regional managers that stir the pot in store, then say it never happened when questioned about it
- Massive purple circle and grapevine, 4 people have resigned including myself in the past month
- A very brush the problem under the rug company
