Used to be great, not so much now - Sales Representative Anheuser-Busch Employee Review

Pros

2 cases of free beer every month, with an additional case given to you on some holidays

Cons

Company has absolutely no loyalty to their employees. They have outsourced multiple departments in St. Louis to India. In SoCal, they outsourced line cleaning duties for all draft accounts to a 3rd party vendor, and laid off those departments. Incentive targets & how completed incentives are paid out, change during/after incentive period (meaning incentive starts as a cash payout for completed objectives, but after incentive period has been completed, payout becomes points on a shopping website) Pay is base salary + KPI targets + % of volume achieved (KPI targets are usually not known until late 2nd or 3rd week of the month, & sometimes change mid-month) Management in branch creates arbitrary deadlines in order to pat themselves on the back with their superiors. Tools given to complete work, often don't work as intended or make completing your work more difficult. Free beer is sometimes close to code/slow moving beer that warehouse dumps on employees.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for recognizing our benefits and culture. We’re proud to foster an environment where colleagues can build meaningful careers and enjoy working together. We also appreciate your comments regarding work-life balance and weekend work. While certain roles may require schedules that extend beyond traditional business hours, we recognize the importance of balance and are continually looking for ways to support our employees while meeting the needs of our business. Pros

Great Benefits, Great Coworkers, Cafe at HQ

Cons

Position was eliminated following 10 years of dedicated service, with no transition placement or internal employment opportunities provided. I also don't believe the company knows or understands it's own culture.
