Pros

Plenty of opportunities to be challenged & grow your professional skills, generally good people to work with who are dedicated to the job, most have sense of pride working for AB, always opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Recency bias - no matter how good a job you do on something, halfway through you're already getting slammed with another higher priority task and prior efforts are forgotten / not rewarded. Your to-do list is never manageable 80% of the year. Pay is less than CPG average, they hold a "higher bonus potential" over your head, but it rarely gets paid out (1/3 yrs or so).

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for recognizing our benefits and culture. We’re proud to foster an environment where colleagues can build meaningful careers and enjoy working together. We also appreciate your comments regarding work-life balance and weekend work. While certain roles may require schedules that extend beyond traditional business hours, we recognize the importance of balance and are continually looking for ways to support our employees while meeting the needs of our business. Thank you for being part of the Anheuser-Busch team.

Pros

Free beer and decent salary

Cons

They have completely expunged meritocracy from their culture and replaced it with DEI. Anyone who is reading this, I would highly encourage you to read Anson Frericks book “The Last Call for Bud Light.” From diversity dashboards to racist rhetoric, it is a toxic culture from top to bottom. Management pretends like they want feedback and then does nothing when they receive it. Stay away.
