Pros

Added great people skills to my life. High paying job with a low amount of qualifications. Just need an undergrad degree. Very quick turnover rate in management, so it’s easy to get promoted as long as you look like you care about doing a good job

Cons

Terrible training. Just have to go figure out how to contribute. People in the company have no respect for new managers. Not even fellow managers respect new managers

Free beer and decent salary

Cons

They have completely expunged meritocracy from their culture and replaced it with DEI. Anyone who is reading this, I would highly encourage you to read Anson Frericks book “The Last Call for Bud Light.” From diversity dashboards to racist rhetoric, it is a toxic culture from top to bottom. Management pretends like they want feedback and then does nothing when they receive it. Stay away.
