Toxic Culture and Unstable Leadership Environment - Senior Manager Anheuser-Busch InBev Employee Review

Pros

Cab, Insurance, facilities and good for entry level jobs.

Cons

The organizational culture is highly fragmented, with inconsistent leadership and poor process governance. Many Directors and Senior Leaders tend to operate in silos, often focusing on short-term optics rather than sustainable results. Leadership churn is extremely high, with several senior leaders leaving or being asked to leave within a year or two, a trend seen across multiple functions. There is a pervasive lack of transparency and ethics, and the environment is largely driven by favoritism and politics rather than meritocracy. Employees at mid and junior levels often experience burnout due to unclear direction, poor system integration, and scattered processes that make daily work unnecessarily difficult. Career growth is slow, ratings are inconsistent, and success is often determined more by proximity to leadership than by actual performance. The office is largely treated as an execution or back-office hub, which limits strategic exposure and development opportunities. Overall, this is not an ideal place for professionals seeking a healthy culture, fair recognition, or long-term growth.
