      Pros

      Offer many ways to move around the company. Also it’s only way to get promoted. One of the worst work and life balance makes to quit after optimal stay with the company.

      Cons

      No diversity - leadership consists of male Brazilians who does not have any respect to employees. Pay way high to recruit immature top MBAs in the name management trainee which always fall into wrong decision trap. 10 principles is a joke - ways to disguise their xxxx management.

      I loved my time interning there. I got to learn a lot and got the opportunity to manage stakeholders on my own which helped me gain more confidence.

      I wish the team was bigger
