free beer... There is money, but it's not spent on quality resources and solutions, but rather kept for acquisitions.
Cons
Totally incompetent directors, short-term thinking, people jumping from one management position to another every half year, nothing is properly started and finished. Unable to make decisions due to Governance not being present locally.
