Free beer monthly, looks good on resume. chance to meet hard working individuals. Paid accordingly for all hours worked.
Cons
Poor local management, lots of forced overtime. Aggressive attitude towards employees. Unsafe working areas. Management is focus on keeping their job so they encourage employees to do whatever to make goals. Way to much company politics with in office .LONGHORN GLASS!
