challenging if you like it good salary opportunity to grow within the benelux ( don't expect international move, the zone are not connected, just VP level)
Cons
you will be stretch as much as they can strech you. forget your family/ work balance, it's work only, forget you holiday where you disconnect, you will be fired because of that. if you are different from " ABI culture" you are screw if you disagree with your boss, you are screw if you fill a form for harrassement, you are screw. and for the big bonus they make you dream about, don't expect it. you will be chalenge with difficult target to earn it, but the system is base on a "size of the pie" that everybody share, but it's a global ''pie'', so if China or Peru get bad result, small, or no Pie for everybody, even when you have 100% achievement on your target, don't get yourself trick with they 20% of annual bruto salary. you will have nothing or close.
