Pros
For 15 years I have never had healthcare deducted from my paycheck for 1st class family coverage. 401k match. Also one of few companies that also pay hourly rate into pension.
Cons
I make $1 more an hour than production operator. That is smack in the face. You will never move into management in this company without a 4 year degree. Have to work for 25 year olds with no work or mechanical experience.
