Pros

Band 7s are actually great here… Awards are given to everyone with no outlook of actual performance… Promotions are pretty easy if you can do bootlicking..

Cons

Leaders compete amongst themselves rather than thinking about whats good for business.. so a lot of duplication of uninteresting and trivial work to satisfy the ego of so called leaders Tech stack is non existent… This company runs on decks and superficial dialogues.. just coz alcohol sells itself… Pays well below the market in reality.. bonus has been nonexistent for the past 3 years… hikes were mostly a joke..
