The company has a rich heritage and they take pride in their business and products. Open culture and free beers. Flexible policies. Vision to leverage big tech.
Cons
A bit bureaucratic imo. It occurs sometimes the company has departments and Various teams have various processes. Which can be a bummer to miss targets even if one team does great due to cross dependencies. It’s an environment for somebody who might stay for a lifetime are some people who will leave very soon. No salary raises by year. Targets define everything. Growth, bonus, funding, team perks.
